Red Chilli
India is the world's largest producer and exporter of dried red chilli, and the trade runs on named varieties rather than a single commodity grade. Pungency (SHU) and colour (ASTA) move independently: Teja and Sannam are bought for heat, Byadagi and Kashmiri for colour. Allvora supplies each variety whole, stemless, as powder and as flakes, specified to your parameters.

Black Pepper
Indian black pepper is graded two ways: by screen size for the Tellicherry grades, and by bulk density for the Malabar Garbled and GL grades. Buyers choose between them depending on whether pepper is sold on appearance or ground into a blend. Allvora supplies whole pepper across both grading systems, with density, moisture and piperine confirmed before shipment.

Cardamom
Indian green cardamom is graded on pod diameter and colour, from 6 mm through to super premium 8 mm and the bold grades, with large cardamom traded separately as a whole spice. Buyers specify pod size, green colour, density and essential oil content. Allvora supplies cardamom whole, to your size and moisture parameters.

Turmeric
Turmeric is bought on curcumin content and colour, and both vary by producing belt: Erode, Salem, Nizamabad, Duggirala and Sangli supply the commercial trade, while Lakadong and Alleppey Finger serve buyers who need higher curcumin. Allvora supplies turmeric as fingers and as powder from each of these origins, with curcumin, moisture and colour confirmed before shipment.
